Titticut Follies will open on May 1, 2025 and Close on October 13, 2025.
Off season rates apply from May 1 – June 6 and September 12 – October 13
In season rates apply June 7 – September 11

No pets allowed at Titticut Follies.

Best Way to Make A Reservation BY EMAIL

Titticut Follies is open to guests from May through October.  Reservations or inquiries
can be made by EMAIL titticutfollies@gmail.com (BEST WAY) OR by phone/text January 15 2024 at 508-693-4986.   If no one answers, please leave your name and number and we will call you back as soon as possible.

One  half the total rental amount is due within 7-10 days when a reservation is made. If
the deposit is not received within that time, the reservation will be released.  Deposits
may be paid by check or money order.  We do not accept credit cards, but instead choose
to pass the savings on to our visitors by keeping the rates affordable.

The balance is now due at least 30 days before you arrive.

REFUND POLICY
Daily rentals: Deposits are refundable only if the accommodation is rented to someone else. There is no subletting rooms. If you know someone who wants to rent your room in your place please refer them to us and we will complete the rental process.
Weekly rentals: The tenant is responsible for the full amount of the rental. If there is a need to cancel, we will do our very best to rent your place for you. If we do rent your place, you will receive your deposit back less 10% once the balance is paid in full by the new tenant. If you know someone who wants to take your rental, please have them call us and we will complete the rental process with them. There is no subletting at Titticut Follies. Once the rental is paid in full, you will receive your deposit back less 10% then you are no longer responsible for the rental. If we have no one to rent the accommodations, at all then you will be responsible for the full amount of rental.

There is a 10% charge for daily or weekly re-bookings.
