#1 is located on the first floor off the side porch. It has a double bed, private half bath (toilet & sink) lovely wood floors and large sunny window. The shower is located in a charming cedar shower house right next to the main house. It has a skylight, electricity, a sink and a place to hang your clothes.

#2 is located upstairs off the hall. It has
lovely natural wood floors, cathedral
ceilings, three cheerful windows, a
double bed and a private bath w/shower.

This is one way we are able to keep our prices in an affordable range.
RESERVATIONS
Titticut Follies is open to guests from May through October. Reservations are best made by mail or phone as early as plans permit. One half of the total amount must be paid at the time the reservation is made. The balance, plus tax (9.7%) is due upon arrival. Phone reservations will be held for one week. If the deposit is not received by then, the reservation cannot be held. Deposits are refundable with 14 days notice or the accommodation is rented to someone else. There is 10% charge for re-booking.
